David Winters earns CIPP designation

David Winters has received the CIPP/US designation from the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP), indicating that he is a Certified Information Privacy Professional for the U.S. private-sector.  CIPP certification is the global standard for privacy laws and regulation.
