Amanda Keller appointed to the Thirteenth Circuit Unlicensed Practice of Law (UPL) Committee “A”

Porter Wright is proud to announce that senior associate Amanda S. Keller has been appointed by the Florida Supreme Court to the Thirteenth Circuit Unlicensed Practice of Law (UPL) Committee “A.” She will be serving a term of three years, from 2024 to 2027.  As a member of the UPL committee, Amanda will investigate complaints alleging that an individual is practicing law without a license.
