In-House Perspective: What Is The Client Looking For From Outside Construction Counsel

The ABA’s Construction Litigation Committee of the Section of Litigation and The Forum on Construction Law presents its program, “The In-House Perspective: What is the Client Looking for from Outside Construction Counsel: Finding and Minding.”

The program will focus on client needs and counsel services to meet those needs, and provide valuable insight from counsel who have been on both sides (in-house counsel and outside counsel) of the construction attorney/client relationship. The program will address how in-house and outside counsel can best communicate and relate on construction projects and disputes. Porter Wright attorney, Tom Nocar, will serve as one of the panelists.
