Fullen welcomed to Porter Wright’s Corporate Department

Porter Wright is pleased to announce that Craig Fullen has joined the firm’s Columbus, Ohio, office as an attorney in its Corporate Department. Fullen brings nearly 30 years of legal experience to his new role and will focus his practice on advising public and privately-held companies with respect to commercial contracts, corporate matters and business-related transactions, including technology implementations, cloud computing services, e-commerce and software licensing.

“We are eager to welcome Craig to our Corporate team,” shared Rick McQuown, chair of Porter Wright’s Corporate Department. “He brings an expansive legal background, including perspective serving as inside counsel, alongside unique financial markets experience.”

Prior to joining Porter Wright, Craig was the founder and president of The Fullen Law Group Co., LPA, and he served as assistant general counsel for Crane Group managing legal matters for its diversified portfolio of operating companies. Craig also brings experience in the financial industry working for Registered Investment Advisers, and he currently serves as a faculty member in behavioral finance for Ohio Dominican University. He has passed the FINRA Series 65 (Uniform Investment Adviser Law) Exam and was awarded the Chartered Market Technician® designation, the preeminent designation for practitioners of technical analysis of the financial markets.

Fullen’s diversified background includes noteworthy experience in sports coaching where he has obtained the Mental Performance Mastery (MPM) Coaching Certification and is currently a Positive Coaching Alliance Certified Workshop Trainer.

After receiving his B.B.A. in accounting from The College of William & Mary, Fullen completed his J.D. from Rutgers Law School while achieving the Tax Honors Program Certificate with Distinction.
