Porter Wright welcomes two new associates

Porter Wright is pleased to welcome Kirsten Fraser and Kyle Schrodi as associates to the firm.

Kirsten focuses her practice in complex commercial litigation. Prior to joining Porter Wright, she spent two years in Washington, D.C. assisting clients in matters ranging from government contracts to unfair competition to concerns with the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act. Kirsten holds her J.D. from The George Washington University Law School where she graduated with high honors, order of the coif. She graduated from The Ohio State University with a B.A., magna cum laude. Kirsten holds dual citizenship in Germany and has studied abroad in the Munich Intellectual Property Law Summer Program, the École France Langue in Paris, France and the London School of Economics and Political Science in London, England.

Kyle concentrates his practice on corporate governance, finance, acquisitions, mergers, divestitures, contracts, estate planning and real estate portfolio management. He joins Porter Wright after working for a publicly traded company as counsel and corporate fellow. Kyle received his J.D. and B.S. from The Ohio State University where he graduated cum laude and magna cum laude, respectively. His background includes studies in German language and culture, having studied in Germany and the United Kingdom.
