Taéylor focuses her practice on corporate and securities matters, and mergers and acquisitions.
Taéylor draws experience from both the private and public sectors. Her coursework, coupled with her experience working with corporate boards and non-profit organizations, gives her a unique understanding of the interconnectedness of commerce and community.
In the mergers and acquisitions context, Taéylor has reviewed non-disclosure agreements and summarized the vital terms in earn-out provisions for corporate boards.
Additionally, Taéylor has experience reviewing purchase agreements, drafting issues lists and closing checklists, analyzing commitment letters, revising draft secretary certificates, and modifying bylaws.
While in law school, Taéylor worked with the Notre Dame Clinical Law Center where she drafted operating agreements and letters of intent to purchase commercial real estate. She also negotiated commercial leases and advised businesses on compliance with consumer protection laws.
