Columbus, OHIO (July 16, 2020) – Porter Wright is thrilled to announce a new podcast focused on the headline-grabbing sports industry and legal issues that impact student and professional athletes. Topics include the hotly-debated NCAA name, image and likeness debate, helping athletes navigate private investments, why it’s important to tackle estate planning now when an athlete is young, and HIPAA privacy laws and how they apply to athletes. The podcast, “Protecting Your Possibilities,” is hosted by chair of the firm’s sports practice, Luke Fedlam.
