Government & Regulatory Affairs Practice Group Chair Scott North recently worked with Next Generation Films (Next Gen) and Columbia Gas of Ohio on an economic development grant. Columbia Gas awarded $100,000 of its Jobs Growth Fund to Next Gen, which Next Gen will utilize for its latest expansion plans. That expansion contemplates a $31 million investment, including a newly constructed, 150,000 square foot facility, that is anticipated to create 100 new jobs and retain nearly 400 jobs in the Lexington, Ohio area.
