Samantha is part of a team that represents a wireless carrier in the upgrade of its networks from 4G to 5G. In this capacity, she reviews and comments on proposed municipal wireless ordinances. She also analyzes, prepares and negotiates attachment and use agreements on behalf of the carrier to obtain access to the facilities of municipalities and utility providers throughout the country.
Prior to joining Porter Wright, Samantha clerked at a firm where she assisted with a variety of litigation and transactional matters, conducted legal research and prepared motions, briefs and memoranda of law. Samantha also served as a law clerk with the Cuyahoga County Public Defender’s Office. While in law school, Samantha served as the development editor of the Cleveland State Law Review and as an extern to the Honorable Patricia Gaughan in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio.
