Ryan is a staff attorney in the firm's Corporate Department and concentrates his practice primarily in real property law, corporate governance law, landlord tenant law, commercial litigation and trial work. Prior to joining Porter Wright, Ryan operated a solo practice focusing on litigation. While managing his solo practice, Ryan worked on cases encompassing real estate law, including easements and adverse possession issues; commercial litigation, including UCC Article 2 and UCC Article 3 issues; landlord tenant law, representing both landlords and tenants; and probate law. He also engaged in appellate practice drafting appellate briefs and a request for certiorari to the Supreme Court of Ohio.
