Overview

Rebecca represents commercial lenders at all stages of the lending relationship, from loan origination through restructuring, workout and bankruptcy. In addition to structuring, negotiating and documenting real estate, middle market and asset-based loan transactions, she also has experience in developing and implementing strategies for dealing with troubled loans, including loan restructure, forbearance and collection. In her practice, Rebecca has represented local, regional and national lenders in complex financing transactions involving the acquisition of single and multi-site commercial properties, syndicated construction loans, bankruptcy, foreclosure litigation and receiverships.
