Overview

Mitch is an associate in the firm’s Corporate Department, practicing in the areas of banking and real estate finance. He advises companies and financial institutions in commercial and real estate lending transactions. Additionally, Mitch has experience in construction projects supported by low income housing tax credits and new markets tax credits.

In law school, Mitch was a member of the Case Western Reserve University Law Review, and legal intern with the Community Development Clinic of the Milton A. Kramer Law Clinic Center.
