Underwood's 'fragrance-free' workplace blog post mentioned at Human Resources Journal online

Michael Underwood, a partner in Porter Wright's Labor and Employment Department, was recently mentioned in the Human Resources Journal article online, "A court ruling that could stink for some employers."

The article references Underwood's recent blog post at titled, "Employer refusal to provide a 'fragrance-free workplace' may violate ADA," in which he discusses a recent case where "an employee sued the County under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and under Ohio disability discrimination law for not accommodating her request for a 'fragrance-free' workplace policy."
