David Shouvlin, a partner in Porter Wright's Litigation Department, was mentioned in a post on the Texas Lawyer Blog titled, "Hold the hot sauce: Barbecue trademark dispute settles" on Jan. 18, 2012. The post details a case in which Rudy’s Texas Bar-B-Q alleged than an Ohio company, using the name Rudy's Smokehouse Barbeque, had infringed upon its trademark rights.
