Porter Wright Welcomes Intellectual Property Attorney Isaac A. Molnar

Porter Wright is pleased to announce that attorney Isaac A. Molnar has joined Porter Wright’s Intellectual Property Practice Group as a patent litigator.

"Isaac’s experience handling complex patent litigation combined with his exceptional technical proficiency will be a tremendous asset for our clients," remarked Hugh McKay, Partner in Charge of the Firm’s Cleveland office.

Molnar has drawn on his chemistry background in his legal practice to handle patent matters related to various pharmaceutical compounds and polymer applications. Molnar has also litigated numerous non-chemical matters concerning technologies such as semiconductors, digital processing and medical devices. In addition to patent litigation, Molnar has handled cases involving noncompetition agreements, breach of contract, unfair competition and misappropriation of trade secrets.

A graduate of The Moritz College of Law at The Ohio State University, Molnar is admitted to practice in Ohio, Illinois, the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Ohio, the Western District of Wisconsin, as well as the District of Colorado, and is registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
