Porter Wright welcomes Guercio
Adam B. Guercio has joined Porter Wright's Corporate Department as an associate in the firm's Naples office.
Guercio’s practice focuses on a range of activities related to mergers and acquisitions, banking and financing, business growth and operation, real estate and securities transactions as well as litigation associated with these matters.
He received both his J.D. and M.B.A. from University of Florida’s Levin College of Law and Warrington College of Business in May 2013. During law school, he was a certified legal intern for the Florida Bar and a member of the Corporate & Securities Litigation Group, Real Property Law Association and John Marshall Bar Association.
A native of Naples, in his community Guercio serves the Heil Luthringer Foundation for Multiple Sclerosis, Susan G. Komen Foundation of Southwest Florida, University of Miami Alumni Association of Southwest Florida and the Community School of Naples Alumni Association. He received his undergraduate degree in Finance from University of Miami, where he was involved in the Academic Affairs Committee of the Board of Trustees, the Homecoming Executive Committee and the Sigma Phi Epsilon Fraternity.
Previously, Guercio was an operations analyst for a professional property management and development company where he was responsible for managing a $20 million operational budget and a portfolio of 6,000 real estate units.
