Porter Wright elevates five attorneys to 'Senior Associate'
Megan E. Bailey, Tracy S. Francis, Daniel B. Miller, Matthew E. Moberg and Elizabeth L. Moyo were recently promoted to senior associate status at Porter Wright. Promotion to senior associate is a significant milestone and reflects outstanding contributions to the Firm's success.

Megan Bailey works with companies to resolve business disputes through litigation and alternative dispute resolution mechanisms. She has experience in a broad range of complex commercial litigation at both the state and federal level, including the representation of public utilities and railroads in cases involving significant injuries and other civil claims. She also defends employers, plan administrators, insurers, and other fiduciaries and service providers in ERISA litigation matters. Megan received a B.A. from Miami University, summa cum laude, and a law degree from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law.
Concentrating her practice on both commercial litigation and labor and employment, Tracy Francis represents clients in intellectual property issues, contract disputes, fraud, and products liability matters in both state and federal courts, and has significant experience with advising employers in wrongful termination cases under both state and federal law, including race, age, and sex discrimination claims. She received a B.A. from Xavier University, cum laude, and a J.D. from University of Akron School of Law, summa cum laude.
Daniel Miller represents clients in commercial litigation matters, including intellectual property disputes, breach of contract cases, workplace personal injuries, and unfair competition. He has defended manufacturers and retailers against allegations of copyright and trademark infringement, as well as misappropriation of trade secrets claims, and has represented builders in cases involving claims of defective construction, breach of warranty, and violations of consumer protection statutes. Dan received a B.S. from Miami University, cum laude, and a law degree from Capital University Law School, summa cum laude.
Practicing in the areas of real estate, banking and finance, and bankruptcy and creditors' rights, Matthew Moberg has represented developers and landowners in the purchase, sale and development of real estate; drafted and negotiated commercial lease agreements; represented financial institutions in foreclosures, receiverships and loan workouts; assisted businesses in contract negotiation, reformation and dispute resolution; and represented financial institutions in regulatory compliance matters and the purchase and sale of assets and real estate. Matt received a B.B.A. from University of Notre Dame and a J.D. from University of Notre Dame Law School.
Elizabeth Moyo focuses primarily on resolving commercial litigation and product liability cases. In both state and federal court, she has worked on various commercial matters involving breach of contract, fraud, unfair competition, and intentional interference with business relationships. Elizabeth also defends manufacturers and suppliers of various products against consumer complaints and complex tort actions. She is currently involved in defending a pharmaceutical company in a class action for breach of warranty and in representing a motorcycle manufacturer, an automobile dealership, and a shampoo manufacturer sued for their allegedly defective products. Elizabeth received a B.A. from Smith College and a J.D. from Capital University Law School, magna cum laude.
