Porter Wright Dayton Attorney Designated An Ohio Rising Star

Thirty-two Porter Wright attorneys working in 15 primary practice areas were recently designated Ohio Rising Stars by Ohio Super Lawyers® 2009, compiled by the publishers of Law & Politics and Cincinnati Magazine. One of those attorneys - Caroline H. Gentry - resides in the firm's Dayton office.

Rising Stars are age 40 or younger or have been practicing law for 10 years or less, and represent the top up-and-coming attorneys in the state. Less than 2.5 percent of lawyers are selected for Rising Star status.

Ms. Gentry's primary practice area is Business Litigation. She has significant experience in the areas of employment, business, and commercial litigation. Her practice areas include complex commercial litigation, class actions, ERISA litigation, employment litigation, and trade secrets/unfair competition. Ms. Gentry also chairs the firm's Class Action Practice Group. Before entering private practice, she served a two-year clerkship with Judge Walter Herbert Rice, U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio.
