Pellot bolsters Porter Wright's IP Practice

Porter Wright is pleased to welcome Anne B. Pellot as an attorney in the firm's Intellectual Property Practice, resident in the firm's Cincinnati office.

"We are excited to add Anne's broad intellectual property knowledge and her extensive patent law experience to our strong IP practice," said Dave Croall, partner-in-charge of the firm’s Cincinnati office. "Her particular technical experience in the electrical, mechanical and computer software disciplines will be a great asset to the firm and our clients."

Porter Wright's Intellectual Property Practice Group leader, Holly Kozlowski, added, "We are very pleased to add Anne's knowledge and experience in the electrical and software areas to our growing IP practice, which now includes four Cincinnati-based attorneys and over 20 additional intellectual property attorneys throughout the firm's other offices."

Anne concentrates her work in all facets of Intellectual Property law. As a registered patent attorney, her practice has particularly focused on the preparation and prosecution of patent applications, as well as freedom-to-market, patentability and patent validity studies.

Over the past decade, Anne has maintained her own patent consultation business, working with a Fortune 500 medical device manufacturer to fast-track patent applications in a variety of electrical and mechanical technologies. She received her J.D. from the University of Cincinnati College of Law and her undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Dayton.

Outside of the office, Anne commits her time as a volunteer for Mason City Schools and St. Susanna Parish: Society of St. Vincent De Paul.
