Mark Koogler, a Columbus-based partner and a founding member and trustee of the Ohio Captive Insurance Association, served as a panelist in an Ohio captive insurance teleconference on Oct. 24, 2014. The teleconference was sponsored by the Captive Insurance Committee of the American Bar Association.
