Kang expands immigration law practice at Porter Wright
With 17 years of immigration law experience and fluency in the Korean language, Catherine C. Kang has joined Porter Wright's Immigration practice as Of Counsel in the Firm's Columbus office.
Kang has represented organizations of all sizes and in various industries across the country and individuals of diverse ethnic backgrounds. She practices in all areas of immigration law including both employment-based and family-based petitions and applications. Kang has extensive experiences in H-1B, PERM and religious worker visas, as well as family petitions, adjustment of status and citizenship matters.
She received her law degree from The Ohio State University College of Law and her B.A. from University of Southern California, cum laude. Kang is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
