Dutton announced as partner at Porter Wright

Porter Wright congratulates Chris Dutton for being elected to the firm’s partnership. Chris focuses his practice on construction litigation, construction contract drafting and negotiating, and commercial business litigation.

Chris has been named as a “Rising Star” by both Allied Construction Industries and Super Lawyers® and as “One to Watch” in Construction Law by Best Lawyers®. He has also earned the designations of Associate Constructor and LEED Accredited Professional.

Chris serves on the Grievance Committee of the Cincinnati Bar Association and also took part in the Association’s Academy of Leadership for Lawyers. He also serves as an adjunct professor at the University of Cincinnati’s College of Engineering and Applied Science.

Chris earned his J.D. from Northern Kentucky University Salmon P. Chase College of Law cum laude and his B.S. from the University of Cincinnati in Construction Management with honors.
