Carbon Materials Manufacturers Hope to Work Out Testing Agreement with EPA

According to John Monica, an attorney with Porter Wright Morris & Arthur LLP who helped form the group, companies may have to conduct more than one of the 90-day inhalation tests now required by the EPA, depending upon how many engineered carbon nanomaterials a company makes.
