Brian Hall quoted in Cincinnati Business Courier story about gender discrimination
Brian Hall, a Partner in Porter Wright's Labor & Employment Department, was quoted in the Cincinnati Business Courier article, "Ex-Procter & Gamble brand manager suing for discrimination," regarding the discrimination case failing to end on summary judgement.

"Columbus attorney Brian Hall, a partner in the employment law practice of Porter Wright Morris & Arthur LLP, said it's not surprising that P&G failed to end the case on summary judgment because 1the employer's rationale for its actions are largely subjective.' But that subjectivity also makes it hard to predict how a jury will view her complaint, he said.
"'The issue it highlights for me is the need for managers to avoid these kinds of buzzwords like 'high maintenance' and 'gossip,'' Hall said. 'This decision highlights how difficult it is to handle so-called 'difficult' employees – those who tend to complain and often see conspiracies in any management decisions that negatively impact them.'"
