Allyson O’Keefe named to Crain’s Cleveland Business ‘Forty under 40’
Allyson O’Keefe, a real estate partner based in Porter Wright’s Cleveland, Ohio, office has been selected as a Crain’s Cleveland Business 2015 “Forty Under 40” honoree.
Allyson has helped shape and advance the surging renaissance of Cleveland. She serves as lead legal counsel to the Flats East Bank project. In her representation of Flats East Bank, she has partnered and with the City of Cleveland, Cuyahoga County, Cleveland Development Advisors, Cleveland-Cuyahoga County Port Authority, Downtown Cleveland Alliance, JobsOhio as well as many private lenders.

The Crain’s Cleveland Business ’Forty Under 40’, a program which recognizes Cleveland’s rising movers and shakers for their professional and civic contributions, is in its 24th year. Allyson is one of over 900 individuals who have been honored with the award in the program’s history.
In her community, Allyson serves on the boards of Flats Forward and the HELP Foundation and has assisted as co-chair of Ravencrest Private Reserves Benefit, HELP’s annual benefit, for the past five years. She also served as co-host of events for Cleveland’s Domestic Violence and Child Advocacy Center and has served on the board of SPACES Art Gallery.
Allyson received her J.D. from Case Western Reserve University School of Law, and her undergraduate degree from The Ohio State University.
