Overview

Mark has more than 35 years of continuous practice in the area of business and commercial litigation. His practice involves litigating a full range of commercial matters, including contract cases, shareholder and partnership disputes, unfair competition and business fraud. He has significant plaintiffs’ personal injury experience and also represents clients in litigated matters pertaining to estates and trusts.
