Overview

An associate in the firm’s Corporate department, Mark focuses his practice in securities, banking, finance, mergers & acquisitions, and general corporate governance matters.

While in law school, he served as a summer associate with Porter Wright and as an intern with the Chicago Low Income Housing Trust Fund, an organization that provides loans to real estate developers to reduce the rents of low-income tenants.

Prior to law school, Mark worked at a public accounting firm in Chicago, where he regularly performed financial statement audits for public entities, including transportation organizations, universities and municipalities. Additionally, he worked in the financial services industry as a financial advisor to executing comprehensive long-term investment strategies for individual and corporate clients.
