Luke Fedlam announced as partner at Porter Wright

Porter Wright would like to congratulate Luke Fedlam for being elected to the firm’s partnership. Luke is based in the firm’s Columbus office and is chair of the Sports Law Practice Group. He works with individual professional athletes and their team of advisors to provide trusted legal counsel, advising them on a range of issues in all stages of their careers.

At Porter Wright, Luke is also chair of Porter Wright’s Diverse Attorney Network, where he channels his passion for diversity and inclusion into providing support to diverse attorneys across all of the offices of our firm – which includes networking, business development guidance, mentoring opportunities and developing a sense of community for all of our attorneys.

“Luke has done a phenomenal job of leveraging our firm’s broad corporate offerings and tailoring them to meet the unique and complex needs of college, professional and retired athletes,” said Bob Tannous, managing partner of Porter Wright. “His energy and drive have been a huge asset to the firm and we are thrilled to see him continue this work as a partner.”

Luke runs an advisory company, Anomaly Sports Group, which works to educate college and professional athletes on life skills and professional development to help them find success beyond their sport. He has provided trainings and seminars across the country on various development topics.

He’s also involved in the community where he serves on the Board of Trustees of Capital University, the Board of Governors for the Columbus Bar Association, the Board of Commissioners for the Greater Columbus Sports Commission and the Board of Directors for the National Youth Advocate Program.

Luke earned his J.D. from The Ohio State University Michael E. Moritz College of Law and his B.A. from Wake Forest University.
