Kristen Del Sole, John McIntyre and Cara Brack presented "Litigation Best Practices" to the Western Pennsylvania Association of Corporate Counsel. The program reviewed the initial steps every company should take after it first learns of threatened litigation. The webinar went over preparing and implementing a proper litigation hold notice; evaluating possible removal or remand; ensuring work product and attorney-client privilege protections for the investigation; and alternative dispute resolution strategies.
