Porter Wright welcomes new partner to Cincinnati office

Porter Wright is pleased to welcome Lev Martyniuk as an partner of the firm.

Martyniuk is a business, transactional and trademark lawyer with extensive experience representing privately held and middle-market organizations. With experience in industries ranging from food production and hi-tech manufacturing, to airport management and intermodal transportation services—his practice focuses on structuring transactions, negotiating contracts and drafting entity documents.

“Lev adds depth of experience to our Cincinnati corporate team, and we are delighted to welcome him to the firm,” said David Croall, partner-in-charge of the Cincinnati office.

Martyniuk has previously represented a broad spectrum of businesses in commercial and civil matters principally involving corporate, tax, mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts and intellectual property matters. In addition, he also has extensive experience working with healthcare service providers (including physician, osteopath, chiropractic and dental practices) and assisting with their operational structures.

Before joining Porter Wright, Martyniuk was involved in multiple notable cases, such as Emerald International Corporation v. United States, as well as InterStar North America, Inc. v. Admin. Lev graduated from Indiana University with a B.A. with Honors and holds his J.D. from The Ohio State University Michael E. Moritz College of Law.
