Rhode Island Insurance Business Transfer Interactive Workshop

The Association of Insurance and Reinsurance Run-Off Companies’ (AIRROC) Education Day was held at the ABA Conference Center in Chicago on May 25, 2016.  This interactive event was designed to translate education into action for real-world disputes.  Topics included:

• Illinois Department of Insurance: The Regulators Speak.
• Legal Roundup: Significant Developments in the Courts and Beyond.
• Lead Contamination The Epidemiology and the Litigation.
• Rhode Island Insurance Business Transfer Interactive Workshop, co-led by Teresa Snider. Randi Ellias served as a facilitator for this program.
