Recent Antitrust Developments in the Health Care and Pharmaceuticals Markets

Porter Wright is proud to host the ABA Section of Antitrust Law Health Care and Pharmaceuticals Committee as it presents its program “Recent antitrust developments in the health care and pharmaceuticals markets.” The program is an installment of the ABA’s Recent Developments Initiative, a series of in-person programs on health care and pharmaceuticals legislative, regulatory, enforcement and litigation developments. This program will cover new developments during the months of January and February 2014. Porter Wright attorneys Jay Levine, Robert McAdams, Molly Crabtree and Karri Allen will serve as panelists.
