Partner Jim Liles to be panelist in 2012 Scholarly Symposia Series at University of Dayton School of Law
Intellectual Property Litigation Practice Chair, Jim Liles, will be a panelist in the upcoming University of Dayton School of Law 2012 Scholarly Symposia Series feature "(dys)functionality".
Presented by the Intellectual Property Law Society and the Program in Law and Technology, the evening will feature Guest Speaker, Mark P. McKenna, Professor of Law at University of Notre Dame Law School, followed by a robust panel debate.
The focus topic will be the functionality doctrine and its role in trademark law. The debate will also include Tracy Reilly, Associate Professor of Law at University of Dayton's School of Law.
