Annual “Women in Reinsurance” Event

NOV 02, 2011
Michelangelo Hotel, New York City

Corporate culture has long ignored the fact that women can’t always check their feelings at the office door.  Anne Kreamer, author of It’s Always Personal, will discuss her research and personal experiences with emotion at work as she casts a skeptical eye on the general taboo against personal expression like crying. During her WIR program on the evening of November 2nd, she’ll talk about greater emotional openness in the workplace and bringing your “full self” to the game while also detailing the science and neurobiology of anxiety, tears and gender.

Anne is a former executive vice president and worldwide creative director of Nickelodeon, part of the founding team of SPYmagazine, and a onetime columnist for both Fast Company and Martha Stewart Living.
