Diego is an associate in the firm’s Corporate Department in the areas of securities, and mergers and acquisitions. He brings a diverse background in legal research and corporate practice, having worked as a Summer Clerk at the firm, where he contributed to matters involving securities regulation, real estate development, and corporate litigation.

While in law school, Diego was actively involved in the Program on Law and Leadership, the Student Bar Association, mock trial and moot court. Prior to his legal career, Diego served as a Squad Leader in the Army National Guard, where he demonstrated strong leadership and strategic planning in global assignments.
