Overview

David represents banks, insurance companies and financial institutions in the areas of real estate lending and commercial lending. His areas of concentration include construction and permanent real estate financing, securitized lending, secured letters of credit, and complex construction financing involving multiple financing and grant sources.

David has extensive experience in representing financial institutions in tax credit financings throughout the country, including hundreds of construction projects supported by low income housing tax credits, historic tax credits, new markets tax credits, lost development rights, tax increment financing, USDA Rural Housing funds, and/or HUD HOPE VI funds. David also represents financial institutions in real estate loan workouts and restructurings. In addition, David represents real estate clients in acquisition and development of commercial and residential real estate projects.
