Overview

An associate in the firm’s Corporate Department, Carlin focuses her practice in real estate and banking & finance, concentrating primarily on commercial leasing and real estate-related purchase and sale transactions.

Prior to joining Porter Wright, Carlin served as a legal intern in the United States House of Representatives. As a student attorney for a national non-profit coalition on behalf of the Georgetown University Law Center Federal Legislation Clinic, she advocated at the local, state and federal levels. Additionally, on behalf of a children’s advocacy organization, she authored comments to the Federal Communications Commission, advocating for creative technology-based solutions that would extend student access to the internet in rural and needs-based communities.
