Law360 mentioned Porter Wright in an April 2016 article reporting on a case where several egg producers and an egg trade advocacy group asked a Pennsylvania federal judge to toss the damage claims brought by direct purchasers of egg products in multidistrict litigation alleging a conspiracy to inflate the price of eggs, arguing the purchasers can't prove where the eggs came from.

The case is In re: Processed Egg Products Antitrust Litigation, in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Porter Wright attorneys represented the egg producers and advocacy group.
