Ana Crawford works in the firm’s Cincinnati office. She concentrates her practice in complex commercial litigation and is an active member of the firm’s Product Liability Practice Group. Ana earned her J.D. cum laude from the Ohio State University Michael E. Moritz College of Law and her B.A. summa cum laude from Miami University.

Jourdan Day works in the firm’s Labor and Employment Department out of the Columbus office. She has experience defending claims on a wide range of employment laws and issues, including discrimination and retaliation, Fair Labor Standards Act, and Occupational Safety and Health Administration, as well as counseling employers on employment-related compliance matters. Jourdan earned her J.D. from the Ohio State University Michael E. Moritz College of Law, her M.A. from the Ohio State University John Glenn School of Public Affairs and her B.A. from the Ohio State University.

Devan Flahive concentrates her practice in oil and gas, antitrust and litigation. She is located in the firm’s Columbus office. Devan earned her J.D. at the Pennsylvania State University Dickinson School of Law and her B.S. cum laude from Cornell University.

Justin Joyce works out of the firm’s Cincinnati office. He is in the firm’s Litigation Department, concentrating his practice on commercial litigation, product liability, and advising startups and emerging businesses. Justin earned his J.D from the Ohio State University Michael E. Moritz College of Law and his B.A. from Miami University.

Kyle Schrodi is as senior associate based in the firm’s Dayton office. He focuses his practice on health care, corporate and securities, and mergers and acquisitions, using his broad corporate background to assist clients in achieving their business goals. Kyle earned both his J. D. and B.S. from The Ohio State University.

Ryan Steele handles corporate contractual matters to bring mergers, acquisitions, financing, energy and natural resources deals, startup operations and other general business transactions to fruition. Ryan works in the Columbus office. He earned his J.D from the Ohio State University Michael E. Moritz College of Law and his B.A. from Miami University.
