Ryan Willis defines how patent attorneys differ from patent agents

In a question and answer feature covering patent law, Cincinnati Business Courier published comments by attorney Ryan Willis regarding the differences between patent agents and patent attorneys. "Unlike a patent agent, a patent attorney can perform legal services such as providing patent infringement and validity opinions, preparing and negotiating a patent license, and representing a party in court," Willis said in the article published on Oct. 24, 2014.
