We represented clients in numerous patent infringement actions involving design and manufacturing processes, counseled them on trademark claims, and advised on complicated technology and web contracts, including a state-of-the-art ERP system that involved multiple vendors, numerous separate negotiations with Oracle, as well as discussions with a number of other major vendors.

Our attorneys appreciate the importance of the human factor of our clients' success. We manage and counsel clients on nearly all varieties of labor disputes as well as employee benefits issues. We successfully defended a national retailer against a number of individual actions containing both individual and class allegations of state wage and hour violations. Based on our early case assessment and the likely strategy of plaintiffs’ counsel, we aggressively moved for dismissal of the class allegations in one case and made clear that we were fully prepared to defend against the individual claims. The court moved to dismiss the class claims, estimated to be as high as 200,000 members, and dismissed the individual cases which followed shortly thereafter. We work diligently to help our clients attract and retain top talent with the coordination of health and welfare and retirement plan benefits, nonqualified deferred compensation plans designed to comply with Internal Revenue Code Section 409A, and extensive 401(k) plans.
