Natalie is an experienced commercial finance and corporate attorney who has represented a variety of businesses with an emphasis on financing and real estate law. Natalie works with financial institutions and borrowers in commercial lending, loan restructuring, and loan workout matters. In addition to structuring, negotiating and documenting both real estate and asset-based loan transactions, Natalie also works with lenders on developing workout strategy, negotiating forbearance and other restructuring agreements, and prepares loan documentation. She also has experience in foreclosure and other proceedings for enforcement of judgments.
In addition, Natalie is an experienced commercial real estate attorney and has represented clients in connection with purchases, sales, 1031 exchanges, lot splits and consolidations, construction, and development in respect of various types of projects including single family, multifamily, condominium, commercial, and office. Natalie’s experience extends to drafting and negotiating retail and office leases as well as experience advising clients in connection with lease-related business issues including amendments, defaults, and options.
Natalie also counsels business clients with various commercial transactions, such as the purchase and sale of assets, secured and unsecured lending, equipment leasing, joint ventures, and franchising. Natalie also has experience with federal securities law, state blue sky laws, as well as public and private offerings of debt and equity securities, compliance with reporting, and proxy requirements of the federal and state securities laws.
