Porter Wright has named Richard McHugh
partner-in-charge of the firm’s Washington, D.C. office. McHugh will succeed Judd Kessler, who will continue to serve principally as an international arbitrator in commercial and investment disputes. He will also remain available to clients of the firm. McHugh, a member of the firm’s employee benefits practice group, will continue to serve his clients in such matters.
