Mr. Moberg practices in the areas of real estate, commercial and business transactions, real estate financing and foreclosures, financial institution regulation, and general corporate and business law. He has represented developers and landowners in the purchase, sale and development of real estate; drafted and negotiated commercial lease agreements; represented financial institutions in foreclosures, receiverships and loan workouts; assisted businesses in contract negotiation, reformation and dispute resolution; and represented financial institutions in regulatory compliance matters and the purchase and sale of assets and real estate.
Before pursuing a legal career, Mr. Moberg worked as a marketing director for a large shopping center developer in Cleveland, Ohio where he created and implemented marketing programs, including the production and placement of radio, television and print advertising. He later served as an account manager and controller for a regional business-to-business marketing firm near Indianapolis, Indiana, specializing in implementing and evaluating targeted direct marketing campaigns. Mr. Moberg now uses his business experience to benefit the firm’s clients. Mr. Moberg has been listed as a 2009 Ohio "Rising Star" by the publishers of Law & Politics and Cincinnati Magazine.
