EmployerLawReport Blog:  As a partner in the firm’s Litigation Department, clients turn to Ms. Quathamer for her practical approach and experience prosecuting and defending a wide array of civil litigation matters for businesses of all sizes. She has helped businesses with breach of contract disputes, product liability claims, consumer class actions, premises liability and other tort claims, as well as general commercial litigation matters. Ms. Quathamer also has significant experience within the insurance industry, representing clients in insurance coverage and bad faith litigation.
In addition to her civil litigation experience, Ms. Quathamer also represents clients in all areas of employment law, with an emphasis on employment litigation. Her employment defense experience includes representing employers in litigation and administrative charges involving claims of race, gender, age, and disability discrimination. Additionally, she has assisted employers in resolving non-compete issues.
In 2009, Ms. Quathamer was named an Ohio “Rising Star" by the publishers of Law & Politics and Super Lawyers® Magazine.
