Mr. Grady is a partner in Porter Wright’s Corporate Department and chairs the Banking and Finance Practice Group. He represents lenders and corporate borrowers in sub-prime mortgage financing, asset-based lending transactions, leveraged financings, ESOP financing, mezzanine facilities, recapitalizations, acquisition financing and multi-state and cross-border financing. Mr. Grady’s experience encompasses a diverse group of industries, including specialty finance, outdoor footwear and clothing, distribution of construction materials, chemical companies, staffing companies, home builders, medical products, interactive learning software, grocery chains, and electric coil companies. In addition, he conducts seminars on secured transactions under Article 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code.
