As an attorney admitted in Brazil, New York, and the District of Columbia, Ms. Vasconcellos has developed considerable experience in international trade law, with emphasis in Customs law, Unfair Trade Practices, Export Control, and International Arbitration. Ms. Vasconcellos served as an intern at the Organization of American States in 1995, where she prepared a paper on Trade Agreements in the Western Hemisphere. In Brazil, she worked at the Brazilian Attorney General’s Office in Rio de Janeiro. Ms. Vasconcellos is one of the directors of the ABCI Institute – Brazilian International Trade Scholars (www.abciinstitute.org).
