Amy is an associate in the firm’s corporate department who concentrates her practice in the areas of banking and finance and real estate law. She represents financial institutions and other commercial lenders, administrative agents and corporate borrowers in middle-market, large corporate, syndicated, asset-based and real estate acquisition, construction and development transactions. Amy also counsels financial institutions in connection with regulatory matters, including mergers of financial institutions, technology matters and developments under Dodd-Frank.
Amy’s regulatory focus extends to advising entities in the wireless industry as well. She has advised wireless telecommunications carriers on matters relating to new cell site deployment to build out legacy and state-of-the-art wireless technologies nationwide. Her experience also includes providing counsel on matters related to 3G and 4G LTE upgrades using macro, distributed antenna system (DAS), micro and small cell technologies. This includes negotiating DAS, small cell, and Wi-Fi agreements with large venues and stadiums, as well as with smaller, local entities.
A former summer associate with Porter Wright, Amy also served as a summer associate with Squire, Sanders & Dempsey, and as an intern with Kohn, Kohn & Colapinto and the National Whistleblowers Center.
