Amy concentrates her practice in the areas of banking and finance and real estate law. She represents developers and landowners in the purchase, sale and development of real estate. In addition, Amy represents commercial lenders and corporate borrowers in financing transactions. Amy also assists clients in matters involving the interpretation, expiration and forfeiture of oil and gas leases and related real estate matters.
A former summer associate with Porter Wright, Amy also served as a summer associate with Squire, Sanders & Dempsey, and as an intern with Kohn, Kohn & Colapinto and the National Whistleblowers Center.
