Overview

Karl has developed considerable experience in the area of workers’ compensation, providing administrative and court representation for a variety of self-insured clients. Specifically, he has represented self-insured employers and state-funded employers at all levels in all types of workers’ compensation matters. He has participated in every aspect of the defense of workers’ compensation matters, from the initial application and the administrative process to trial court and appellate court levels.
