Fred Pressley comments on employment law in Business First Q&A

Fred Pressley, partner and chair of the firm’s Labor and Employment Department, was a featured attorney in "20 people to Know in Law" Q&A, published Nov. 21, 2014 in Columbus Business First. In response to the question, "What’s the greatest challenge your area of law is facing," Pressley’s answer was: "Getting federal and state agencies to understand that employment laws need to be modified to address the realities of the workplace."
